5+ ON SITE OFFICER POSITIONS AVAILABLE.
1 ON SITE SECURITY LEAD POSITION AVAILABLE.
STARTING WAGES. This position starts at $17.50-to $19.50 per hour based off security experience and site assignment and is reviewed at 180 days for a possible raise between $.25 and $1.00 based off review (people who need certified will have class paid for my Metro and starting hourly will be $17.00 until first review). Position is full time 40 hours per week with OT available most weeks. 8, 10 and 12 hour shifts available!
TRAINING AND ADVANCEMENT. Metro provides ongoing weekly and monthly training opportunities, specialty certifications opportunities and ongoing field improvement evaluations. We also have numerous avenues for advancement for hard working loyal employees to include Site Supervisor, Patrol Supervisor and the opportunity to apply to join our specialty Certified Explosives or Narcotics K9 Handler team. QUALITY UNIFORMS AND EQUIPMENT. We believe that a professional polished look is the first step to a positive outcome with clients, subjects and the general public. We assign our Officers 5.11 or similar quality uniform shirts, pants and a duty jacket. Body Cameras (patrol division), newer and well maintained patrol vehicles with emergency lighting systems and radio equipment that are marked and professional in appearance. Frankly, we look good out there and you will be proud to represent our company! (candidates with external carriers will receive preference points toward hiring).

1. RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION TO WORK. WORK SITES MAY BE DOWNTOWN, NORTH PORTLAND, CLACKAMAS OR EAST SIDE OF PORTLAND PRIMARILY.
