As an Accounts Payable Lead, there are many duties you oversee. You are responsible for the prompt and accurate collection, proper coding, input, and payment of Accounts Payable invoices that pertain to Dealership-wide operations. You will provide training and guidance to Accounts Payable Administrators. The Accounts Payable Lead also provides general clerical support to the Accounting Department as necessary. You will work with a dynamic accounting team and provide excellent guest service to external and internal Guests/Team Members to maintain Guest/Team Member relations. This is just a snapshot of what this important role provides to our team!

High School Diploma or equivalent required; An Associate’s degree in Accounting or similar field, preferred.
3-5 years’ experience in Automotive or RV Dealership Accounts Payable experience preferred.
Previous experience with tasks requiring accuracy, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented, ability to efficiently analyze data and independently apply sound judgment.
Previous experience in training and/or providing guidance to others in the Accounting Department.
Previous experience working in a team atmosphere.
Basic working knowledge of Accounting and Bookkeeping for dealerships required.
Self-motivated, able to effectively prioritize tasks, organize a schedule and execute objectives.
Expert or Proficient level of knowledge in all MS Office applications most importantly, Excel.

Dealership experience is preferred, but we are willing to train someone with an outgoing attitude and a customer service background! This accounting position typically works Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with the exception of occasional business needs related to month-end processing.
