Your New Role: We’re partnering with a longtime client on an Accounts Payable Specialist position to join an intimate team. Your day-to-day here will include entering, processing, and coding a high volume of accounts payable. You’ll serve as a liaison between accounts payable and your supervising Controller and assist with the development of new policies, procedures, and efficiencies. You are the go-to for vendors and customers and will ensure timely and accurate communication and payments. Additionally, you’ll verify, examine, and reconcile accounts payable, as well as process W9’s, 1099’s, and taxes.
This team needs someone who possess excellent written and verbal communication, attention-to-detail, and time management skills, as well as the ability to work cohesively within a team. Ambitious employees may expect professional growth opportunities here, as this company promotes from within.
