About the role
The Strategic Sales Support (SSS) Specialist develops proposal responses, presentations, business reviews and ad hoc responses (engagements) that drive regional and national sales efforts for Adecco Staffing. SSS Specialists effectively communicate Adecco’s capabilities and proposed solution strategy in support of the sales life cycle to current and prospective clients. The SSS Specialist is responsible for project managing multiple engagements from start to finish, including working with key stakeholders to produce quality deliverables under strict deadlines, while adhering to RFX requirements and company guidelines. SSS Specialists work Monday – Friday and may occasionally need to work additional hours to accommodate project completion.
What you’ll be doing
Researches, receives and coordinates the collection of necessary information from sales leaders, proposal tools and subject matter experts, including initial review of RFX documents and to understand client requirements
Acts as a liaison among legal, field, risk, safety, credit and corporate finance representatives to secure information and appropriate approvals as requested in the clients’ RFX documents
Manages engagements and timelines across multiple teams for all phases of the deliverable(s), including planning, formatting, review and production. Ensures quality standards, company policies, and deadlines of engagements are met
Utilizes stored content and templates, occasionally writing customized content specifically tailored to the solution, client and industry
Identifies potential issues in the RFX documents and requirements, and drives accountability with assigned team members responsible for those items
Reviews, edits and proofs all drafts from the RFX team according to the project timeline
Designs and manages the project plan to ensure the on-time delivery and completion of all deliverables
Coordinates delivery of RFX responses based on required delivery method
Follows up with the sales leader to ensure all deliverables were successfully received
Drives the collection of information needed to complete the response (e.g., case studies, customized content, location match, local market information)
Participates in special projects and performs other related duties as required

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE & OTHER POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
Staffing industry experience is preferred, but not required
Two plus years of work experience in sales support, writing, editing, project management or communications
Excellent verbal and written communication, editing/proofing, research and analytical skills
Attention to detail and customer service focus
Multi-tasking and project management skills
Comfortable in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment
Experience using MS Office, Adobe and other job related tools (e.g., content library, CRM system)

The anticipated salary range for this position is between $47,500 and $61,806 . Salary may be determined based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Benefit offerings for full-time employment may include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans and reimbursement and retirement programs. Available paid leave may include paid time off, parental leave and holiday pay.
