Responsibilities:

The Administrative Assistant will perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: coordination of day to day administrative task for the facility, schedule appointments, photocopy, fax, mail distribution and filing, drafting, editing, proofreading documents and letters, providing support in creating documents and overseeing the purchase of supplies. This position will work collaboratively with other facility teams on task which include a varied range of administrative activities. This require a strong ability to juggle multiple projects with superb accuracy, while also presenting exceptional customer service skills over the phone and in person with internal and external customers. Must have a strong sense of urgency and problem solving skills.
Qualifications:

Required

High School or equivalent
2 years experience as an administrative assistant
Proficiency using MS Office
Attention to detail, accuracy, ability to multi-task, computer proficiency, written and verbal communication skills, and commitment to confidentiality
Minimum 2 years freedom from chemical use problems (MN Plymouth)

Preferred

Vocational or technical training
Strong candidates will be skilled in utilizing Excel spreadsheets, including mail merge functions, and/or databases; the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and ability to prioritize tasks in a busy office
