Position : Administrative Assistant/Scheduling Coordinator
Description :
In this role, the Administrative Assistant/ Scheduling Coordinator will support company operations by acting as the liaison between production department and residential customers to ensure efficient and successful installations of granite and other countertops projects produced by the company. The candidate will utilize company software system, and coordinate with production manager to ensure installation projects are carried out successfully. The motto of the company is “Superior service, always”.
The main responsibilities of this position include:
Call customers to set up measuring and installation appointments
Utilize online software to optimize schedule and maintain install output
Document and update projects information is company software system
Work with production to ensure company vehicles are well maintained, and adequately supplied with needed tools.
Create and prepare production and other reports using spreadsheets.
Direct incoming calls and emails to appropriate staff
Assist office manager with administrative/ bookkeeping tasks.
Skill set necessary to succeed in this position:
Proven work experience in a similar role in a professional environment desired but will consider entry level.
2 years experience and a college degree preferred.
Hands-on experience with MS Office Suite (i.e. Word and Excel)
Critical thinking, problem solving and positive thinking a must.
Solid time-management abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
