ADMINISTRATIVE DIRECTOR
Centerpath Wellness, a division of Easterseals New Jersey, is seeking an Administrative Director to join our team!
This leadership role is responsible for leading the financial, administrative, operational, managerial, human resources, and strategic planning of CPW’s Partial Care and Outpatient services.
The ideal candidate will provide administrative leadership, while collaborating with senior leadership, overseeing outreach, billing, and compliance initiatives for all staff matters.
Core responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide operational and business oversight to the partial hospitalization program (PHP) and outpatient mental health clinic.
Assume fiscal and budgetary responsibility for the program.
Partner with relevant parties to establish and identify process improvement metrics.
Establish performance metrics with Clinical Director and drive the performance of the team.
Manage all non-clinical staff.
Ensure all regulatory compliance requirements are being met.
To Qualify:
Master’s Degree with five (5) + years in a leadership role working with seriously mentally ill population required.
Excellent financial management and analytical skills.
Outstanding verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solver with strong critical thinking capabilities.
Able to exercise a high degree of initiative, judgment, discretion, and decision-making.
Ability to create a strong group team atmosphere.
Proven experience in process improvement and innovation concepts.
Commitment to quality excellence.
