CSPNJ, a mental health nonprofit, seeks a full-time Administrative Specialist based in Clifton, NJ. This role performs a wide range of administrative support functions for a Mental Health residential program based in Clifton, NJ. This position is responsible for overall administrative functions to ensure the office operations are streamlined, under the direction of the Regional Coordinator. This role will be the face of the office and manage the reception area of the office to ensure all visitors and employees feel welcomed and are provided assistance as needed. This role will be responsible for maintaining office files, keeping track of billable time sheet for the team, pulling reports as needed, managing and ordering office supplies, maintaining an organized and welcoming environment including greeting all guests and clients in person or on the phone.
Proficiency with using technology including MS Office products and using cloud-based software is required. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, excellent communications including written and spoken and is solutions oriented and innovative. Must be customer service oriented. Requirements:
High School Diploma with 2 or more years of experience in an administrative support role.
Associates degree in related field is preferred.
