Position Summary Provide comprehensive support for several University Enterprise Applications. Analyze complex relationships across various system platforms. Interact with a broad range of clients to provide support. This position is a part of a high volume call center serving students, faculty, staff and university collaborators.

Job Description
This position requires occasional lifting of 25-50 lbs., shiftwork, ability to work in a multi-level office building and to use stairs with no elevator, and the ability to travel to on and off-campus locations.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive training support for several University Advancement Applications. Analyze complex relationships across various system platforms. Interact with a broad range of clients to provide support.
Complete extensive training. Act as subject matter expert to provide comprehensive training support on the University Advancement’s primary administrative system. Document all transactions with clients via a ticketing system from initial documentation. In addition, provide training for internal support staff.
Provide formal classroom training on critical Administrative applications. In coordination with the University Advancement team, develop both online and classroom training content and includes ad hoc training that may be requested by the clients. In addition, this position provides testing with regards to upgrades to all the applications supported.
Provide Access Management to administrative systems security including reviewing and processing requests and setting up access. There will also be administrative support reporting in Service Now and other reporting applications.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business/accounting.
Experience in accounting/finance area.
Experience in a customer service help desk environment.
Experience in a higher education technology environment.
Knowledge of University administrative systems.
Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Ability to work independently with a high degree of reliability, accuracy and productivity.
Prioritization skills and the ability to manage multiple customer requests simultaneously.
Great attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and telephone skills.
Proficiency in the operation of office equipment, including PC.
Ability to communicate and work well in a changing environment.
Able to develop and deliver administrative systems training.
Excellent customer service skills, documentation skills, training ability, and phone support experience.
Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Ability understand Fund Accounting, Payroll, Human Resources, Research Administration and Access Management.

Required Qualifications

Associate degree in a related field plus two years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Grade G10-H

Salary Range $24.24 – $37.58 / Hourly
The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one’s qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
