The responsibilities of a Area Manager include:

Oversight of multiple facilities including occasional travel between locations
Management of on-site supervisors and janitorial staff
Resolving customer issues in a professional and timely manner
Planning and preparing work schedules
Promoting and maintaining a safe work environment
Maintaining accurate records
Working with Modern Maintenance Management to ensure quality standards are met
Other job duties as needed

Some janitorial management experience is preferred, and we will train you to succeed.
