$750 Sign-on Bonus
Starting Pay at $20/hour
Mon-Wed, 5pm-5am
SUMMARY
Assemble electronic PCB boards. Train others to do similar work.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Follows appropriate quality policies and procedures.
Performs work to appropriate efficiency and utilization standards.
Builds product as directed by Team Leaders or Supervisor.
Capable of producing quality product at any manual assembly processes such as stuffing, hand assembly, mechanical assembly, soldering and any rework requirements.
Practice and participate in Continuous Improvement and Lean activities, supporting change and identifying ways to improve processes and efficiency.
Able to perform some duties of a Team Leader, and/or act as backup Team Leader when needed.
Actively participate in work group/team activities, as an enthusiastic, positive and dependable team member.
Maintain a clean and safe work area and environment.
Other duties as assigned.
Work performed in this job can only be done on site, and therefore attendance is an essential function of this job.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
A minimum of one year experience in the electronics industry required. Quality Control experience is required.
LANGUAGE, MATHEMATICAL, & REASONING SKILLS
Ability to read, speak, and understand English to enable clear communication and comprehension of internal company documentation. Basic math skills required to add, subtract, multiply, & divide. Basic understanding of & ability to read performance graphs. Able to understand and determine product quality to written documentation.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Ability to train others to A1 or A2 Classification.
Ability to perform inventory transactions in Epicor.
Must achieve a passing score on IPC Component Identification course.
Must achieve a passing score on the IPC Workmanship standards exam.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this position, employee is frequently required to stand for a period of 10-12 hours a day; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Vision requirements include: close & distant vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
