3Pointe Restaurant Group is a franchisee of Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers. We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver a unique mix of fun, fresh food and genuine hospitality! Founded in 2002, Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers has quickly become a national, fast-casual restaurant franchise best known for its cooked-to-order Steakburgers, crispy shoestring fries, dessert treats prepared with freshly churned frozen custard, and world-class guest service.
No visible tattoos, facial hair, or piercings
Must be able to work up to a 12-hour shift while standing or walking to perform
Will be required to lift up-to 50 pounds
Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and team members to ensure the
safety of all parties
Will require full range of physical motion such as: bending, reaching, climbing a ladder, etc.
Job Requirements – Do you have what it takes?
2 years of restaurant management experience
College diploma, high school diploma or GED
Active ServSafe certification
Ability to uphold Freddy’s standards for the three pillars: Hospitality, Quality and Cleanliness
Ability to lead and inspire a team to set and achieve goals
Ability to work a variety of shifts
Ability to travel (all expenses paid) for management training and personal development
Ability to learn and understand restaurant operation financials
Ability to be a brand ambassador
Ability to lead by example, as well as through verbal communication
Ability to maintain integrity throughout all situations and experiences

A day in the life of our Assistant Managers can include the following duties:
Opening and closing the store, including responsibility for daily financials
Lead the in-store training program
Hands-on leadership of daily operations with a sense of urgency
Going above and beyond to wow the guest, listening to, and handling guest complaints
Completion of store checklists to maintain cleanliness of store, hospitality of staff and
quality of food
Build and maintain a team culture, and create a productive and fun environment
Pay: Up to $50000 per year
Job types: Full-time, Part-time
