Description :
CSI Companies has partnered with one of our top clients, a global accounting firm, to find an Operations Associate for a long-term contract position located in Jersey City. As an Operations Associate, you will bring your knowledge of alternative investments to help manage a team of 5+ employees with the launch of a new fund management product. Contract duration: 1 year with the possibility of conversion
Compensation: $35-50/hr. depending on experience

Job Description

Assists with the launch of new fund product launches
Digitizing launch process through technology Kairos
Research and resolve inquiries from internal and external business partners
Manages the research of existing operations procedures, workflow, and product and service requirements
Performs additional duties as needed

Qualifications:

Need knowledge of fund launches and alternative investments
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Previous knowledge of launching/implementing
Requires in-depth knowledge of the bank and overall operations environment
Ability to identify, resolve or escalate issues in order to ensure that program timelines are met
