Description :
You will be responsible for providing guidance, support, and coordination in the consistent and effective application of practices in the Talent Management Recruiting department. This may include but not limited to searching, recruiting, scheduling, interviewing, placing advertisements, networking, database management and data analytics. You will be required to write job descriptions, meeting preparation, coordinate & conduct reference checks, assist in new hire orientations and onboarding, support the college recruiting program, manage the recruiting database, conduct data analytics, and more. You would be essential personnel within the company that often serves as the first contact for potential employees.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required for this role

Specific Responsibilities

Schedule interviews
Manage job boards
Create and post job descriptions
Collect and review resumes
Conduct candidate screenings
Conduct reference checking
Coordinate travel
Coordinate IT equipment
Coordinate safety
Coordinate benefits/payroll
Participate in new hire onboarding / orientations
Assist in college recruiting events
Assist in summer intern program
Database management
Maintain weekly/monthly pipeline reports. Identify important trends, measure performance against goals, and alert teams to concerning issues
Conduct key analyses on annual basis to support recruiting effort (e.g., success of assessment techniques, monitor effectiveness of recruiting programs, etc.)
Prepare documents and materials for leadership meetings, reviewing results and modeling different strategic options for future recruiting
Communicate analysis in both written and oral formats

Education/Experience/Attributes

Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Human Resource Management, Business, or related major
Staffing agency experience preferred
Proficiency in All Microsoft Office Programs
Proven skills in database management and record keeping
Adaptable and consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
Superior time management skills
Very high organization and multi-task capability
Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
