Our Bend Operations team is growing and we are excited to be hiring for a Branch Associate! We are seeking a qualified candidate with experience in selling product, merchandising installation products within an assigned Branch. Will also help support and provide backup duties to the Assistant Branch Manager and/or Branch Manager. Hours are Monday-Friday from 7:00am-3:30pm.
**WE ARE CURRENTLY OFFERING A $2,500.00 SIGN ON BONUS IF HIRED**
What you will be doing:
Determine customer requirements and expectations, in order to recommend specific products and solutions while increasing sales and average order size by means of cross selling, up-selling and add on sales (no pressure selling).
Generate new and repeat sales by providing product value and technical information to customers in both person and on the phone.
Assist the Branch Manager in keeping inventory levels in-line with the Company objectives while ensuring adequate stock for customers.
Perform receiving functions for the branch, DC/Branch transfers and vendor shipments.
Perform shipping functions for the branch, transfers, scheduled deliveries, route LTL;s and UPS shipments.
Responsible for merchandising installation products in alignment with the Territory Manager’s sales objectives.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
1-2 years of warehouse or retail operations preferred.
1-2 years of customer service, retails and/or flooring industry experience preferred.
Prior experience operating a gas-powered sit-down forklift, power pallet jack and RF Scanner a plus.
