Basic Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or another relevant field (Required). Advanced Degree in Business.
Experience in core Business Analysis roles.
Experience in Health Care industry.
Experienced in process consulting and working in iterative development environment such as Agile, Kanban, SAFe, etc.
Proficient in requirement gathering tools such as ALM, Rally, Rational, Jira, etc.
Good at monitoring progress of all tasks.
Experience in core claims system such as FACETS, QNXT and Amysis will be an added advantage.
Soft skills: good communication skills and being assertive is preferred.
