Job Purpose
The Inside Sales representative generates and identifies potential prospects and new leads by cold calling, emailing, social selling, and networking. They develop new business with direct sales of professional skin care products and interact directly with our current customers and prospects and assist with answering questions and troubleshooting concerns.

Education/Experience

Proven experience as a telesales representative and/or other sales/customer service role with an emphasis on business development and cold calling.

Essential Job Functions

Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Virtually consult and sell our skincare products and devices to new and existing customers while managing and maintaining accurate records of sales and prospecting activities; document important customer information
Initiate sales process by lead outreach and conduct outbound cold calling and email campaigns to leads and identified prospects; conduct initial consultations to describe Edgeless Beauty products and offerings
Follow up with current customers who haven’t purchased recently or leads who haven’t purchased before to develop new business and grow existing accounts in the high-end skin care market
Directly support customers and licensed professionals by telephone and/or email; field incoming sales calls, emails and respond in a timely manner
Interact with customers to provide information regarding product inquiries, product requests, and concerns regarding shipping or product issues; close sales by building rapport
Maintain knowledge of company products and services and recommend new services by evaluating current aesthetic treatment process
Research new accounts, identify key players, generate interest and qualify new leads; utilize digital outreach tools to assist in acquiring new business (e.g. LinkedIn)
Increase client retention by identifying upsell opportunities in addition to fostering and maintaining positive relationships with current accounts
Process, pack, and ship orders, manage customer accounts, and perform other administrative duties as assigned
Maintain an energetic and positive attitude and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Have a high level of attention to detail and time management, an ability to think quickly and overcome objections, and strong administrative and data entry skills
Extremely organized and efficient in planning, prioritizing, and executing workload
Understanding of working in a start-up/small business environment; must be flexible and willing to adapt to changing business needs and must be willing to travel
Direct qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executive for further development and closure
Collaborate with Sales Director and field sales Account Executives in our region to generate quarter to quarter lead pipeline growth and book a targeted number of meetings with qualified prospects throughout Wisconsin and Michigan
This individual will enjoy answering product questions, encouraging customer education and increasing product purchases
Assist with other business building initiatives such as event planning, education and training, marketing support
Consult, recommend and sell skin care product line to qualified spas, skin care centers and resorts
