We are seeking to hire an experienced Business Office to join our team.

Currently seeking skilled and driven Business Office Manager to welcome our ever-growing team!

Day in life as a Business Office Manager:

Manages accounts payable, billing, accounts receivable and collection activities in the facility
Supervises assigned personnel in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Manages communication with payroll processors for changes or errors
Manages census activities including-daily, weekly, and monthly balancing with the nursing and admissions departments
Produces reports for analysis purposes as needed

Requirements to join the team:

High School diploma or equivalent
Must have 3 to 5 years of experience in third party billing Medicare, Medicaid and commercial
Computer skills
Microsoft Office Suite
