Job opportunity Business Operation .
Key Accountabilities
Oversee and deliver the team product and contractual obligations, including but not limited to 1st team, Next Pro, Youth Academy, Marketing and Front office
Drive sales through creation and activation of jerseys and ancillary local activations and products
Build a positive relationship with all levels of each Club managed
Identify opportunities to grow the company business within the licensed portfolio and leverage SPOMA soccer portfolio to strengthen company presence while increasing access to the sport at all levels
Develop and execute activation plans for specific Clubs and product launches, including but not limited to: jersey launches, retail events, team appearances, increasing access to soccer, local club relationships, affiliates and in-game promotions
Maintain regular communication with partners to ensure all commitments are fulfilled and superior service has been provided
Maintain regular communication with sales team and key accounts and co-develop strategic plans in conjunction with Club marketing goals
Create strong relationship with identified Academy to identify next generation talent
Support growth of the affiliate business model
Work with product marketing, brand marketing, PR and retail marketing to activate assets
Provide superior service to all partners and partner affiliates
Establish best-in-class communication with company, soccer sales force and key accounts
Assist the Events Manager on developing and executing event plans.
Assist with the coordination and execution of athlete appearances and retail promotions
Book and coordinate athlete travel and expense reimbursement.
Work with product marketing, brand marketing, PR and retail marketing to utilize assets
Track partner activation utilization and awards
Assist in managing the activation calendar for clubs
Qualifications (Minimum required education and experience):
Four years college or university degree, emphasis in marketing or business preferred.
Minimum of 1-2 years related experience and/or training;
Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for a degree.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Extensive knowledge of soccer category
Ability to exercise independent judgment, think critically and make strategic decisions
Ability to work across teams and manage priorities to accomplish multiple tasks with conflicting deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to present effectively to groups, including members of all organizational levels
Ability to maintain a professional attitude in fast paced, changing environments.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Day shift
