Position Overview:
As a Center Director, you will be part of the management team responsible for managing the overall program including human resource development, staff scheduling, program planning, program implementation and evaluation; student assessments, family relations, marketing, enrollment and academy operations.
Position Requirements:
Minimum two (2) years of full-time experience in managing large ( >100 capacity) center-based programs in a Center Director role.
Candidates should have all credentials required for the position of a Center Director per WAC or be willing to get them shortly after joining
A thorough knowledge of WA Licensing regulations (WACs) for childcare centers and a great understanding of developmentally appropriate practices
Must have at least an AA degree in childcare or management, or related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Action oriented, organized, strategic thinker, focused on getting the right things done
