Position Summary: The Clinic LPN functions as a primary clinic nurse under the direction of a physician, providing direct and indirect patient care and assisting the physician with patient care, procedures, and follow-up.
Minimum Requirements: Two years experience as an LPN in a clinic setting preferred.
Education/Licenses/Certifications: Current WA state LPN license. Urgent Care Clinics (excluding Immediate Clinics): ACLS (for adult population) and PEARS required within 6 months of hire Refer to CPR and ALS policy grid for requirements
