FAST and looking for Clinical Applications Consultants, with specialized experience in radiography. We are the leading nationally scaled contract services organization specializing in imaging, biomedical and surgical repair, and maintenance solutions. As a brand-neutral partner, we work with OEMs, ISOs, and Asset Managers, Hospital Systems, and other service providers. We are trained in over 100 different imaging equipment models across all major OEMs.

What Will You Be Doing as a Clinical Applications Consultant?
Train customer staff on newly installed product or product updates, to include system and functionality.
Provide clinical instruction on general radiographic procedural standards as applicable.
Provide clinical instruction on multivendor general radiographic equipment product and procedures as applicable.
Provide lead instruction and mentoring to new hires while “in the field” performing customer training.
Travel extensively to provide customer training and for site visits with critical customer accounts.
Document applications training performance for all instruction provided to customer within three days of training completion.
Provide continued customer service through post-applications support.
Assist with technical support training with product updates as applicable.
Ensure that all activities reflect the Quality Policy according to ISO Standards.
Provide educational lectures for continuing education.
Maintain currency of knowledge and understanding of the healthcare field, disease, and new treatment procedures.
Complete expense reports and submit them within the established guidelines of the department.
Maintain a high standard of medical ethics at all times.
This is a remote, home office role, with extensive travel to clinical customer sites.
What Experience and Qualifications Do You Need to Have?
Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Sciences program.
Two or more years’ clinical experience in general radiolgoy as a registered technologist. Advanced knowledge of X-Ray and other imaging modalities.
Previous experience in a medical setting using digital radiographic modalities, or their equivalent as applicable.
Experience troublehshooting and responding to customer concerns.
Solid computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office, software operating systems, and network technology.
Previous experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as a part of a solution-based service process.
Ability to resolve problems, think analytically, work independently and communciate professionally.
Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime, often on short notices.
Valid driver’s license, good driving record and must be able to pass a motor vehicle record check.
Will be required to adhere to certification/credentialing required by the Customer in connection with admission into its facilities to perform job duties.
Customer requirements to allow admission into its facilities to perform job duties will include but are not limited to drug testing and immunizations as dictated by the customer or facility policy. Such policies could require COVID-19 vaccinations.
