salary: $21.4 – $21.4 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM – 4:30 PM education: High` School
Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Contacts customers (B2B) and establishes reason for past due account situation
Researches and analyzes accounts prior to initiating debtor contact
Initially, call debtor to receive payment status of invoice(s)
Makes arrangements for payments to bring the account current and follow up to insure obligation is satisfied.
Records resolution notes
