Join this well-established, commercial real estate investment and property management firm that really values its staff. Utilize your experience, exposure, or interest in Commercial Property Management to manage a portfolio of firm owned, office, mixed use and industrial properties in the Puget Sound area. You will be the main point of contact and manage the day to day operations including lease negotiations and administration, vendor management, construction management for tenant improvement projects, budgets and financial reporting.
Desired Skills for the Commercial Property Manager:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
Real estate experience, proven client service skills and a skill set and practical experience related to facilities, construction or other areas of real estate/property management
Ability to manage all related real estate documentation and supervise / delegate to one administrative assistant
Compensation for the Commercial Property Manager:
Annual starting salary to $80,000- $100,000 DOE.
