Job Summary
This role is responsible for delivering sample equipment for evaluations, delivers and service Complex Rehabilitation Technology (CRT) equipment to clinics, hospitals, dealers, Veteran Affairs (VA) facilities, and client homes with ATP and/or Account Manager in a designated service territory. Performs the service and repair to CRT mobility equipment; and maintains assigned Sunrise Medical inventory (including repairs). Responsible for managing scheduled appointments and support territory goals by enhancing customer relationships through positive customer service and technical assistance. Maintains inventory and advises Account Manager and/or Power Sales Specialist of ordering needs.
Principal Job Duties & Responsibilities

Delivers CRT mobility equipment.
Trains ATP’s and clinics on safe use of company equipment as directed.
Performs troubleshooting, preventative maintenance and repairs of equipment independently.
Performs / demonstrations of the features and benefits of company products to prospective ATPs, Clinicians and clinics as directed by Account Manager.
Communicates daily with Account Manager, assigned customer service if needed regarding delivery and/or service requirements.
Completes and submits paperwork, checks email within 24 hours as requested.
Maintains inventory control and prepares status reports and conducts quarterly physical-count inventory.
Documents and reports all product issues per company guidelines and procedures.
Conducts and maintains deliverable and undeliverable inventory, stock levels of parts and equipment and prepares status reports to Account Manager and Power Sales Specialist on monthly basis.
Complete other assigned tasks as requested by Regional Director /Power Sales Specialist/ Account Manager.
Maintains service vehicle in clean and orderly condition weekly.

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent related experience
Minimum three years of experience performing technical service. Experience within industry required.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently. Previous inventory experience.
Electro- Mechanical aptitude and experience.
Above average verbal and written communication skills. Computer literacy in a Windows environment.
Must maintain a Valid Driver’s License.
