YOUR LIFE AS A CONCRETE COATINGS SALES REP
This full-time sales representative job has a flexible schedule.
As a Concrete Coatings Sales Rep, you have the important role of landing contracts for our fast-growing, family-owned business. After completing a few weeks of training, you enthusiastically create a prospecting plan with management. Self-motivated and determined, you follow up on potential leads to promote our services. You’re knowledgeable about the attributes and benefits of our high-performance coatings and paints, and you provide superb customer service as you confidently answer any questions.
Outgoing and personable, you enjoy going into the field to meet prospective clients. As the face of our company, you are always personable, professional, and punctual. Clients appreciate your excellent communication skills as you listen to their needs and discuss expectations. Together you define the scope of the project, and you then provide them with a bid. Due to your product knowledge, trustworthiness, and persuasiveness, you competently close the deal.
As someone who is committed to providing great customer service, your job doesn’t end there. You promptly update the schedule, adding the project so it can be completed in a timely manner. You ensure that the hand-off to the work crew goes smoothly, and you make yourself available to resolve any problems. You care about your clients’ satisfaction and continue to nurture a positive working relationship even after the work is completed.
Attentive to detail, you track and monitor all open deals and manage an active pipeline. Daily, you report activity by recording data in our customer relationship manager (CRM) software. Each week you participate in a meeting where you can share your successes and challenges as well as receive mentorship to help you perform at your best.
