Fully Remote – U.S.

Position:
The Credentialing Specialist 3 will be responsible for credentialing and revalidation applications and/or enrollments of healthcare providers, primarily working with our global partners. Core Responsibilities:

Initiate and maintain provider enrollment with the health insurance carriers through the credentialing and revalidation process.
Implement, develop, and streamline offshore protocols for enrollment services.
Distribute and monitor workloads for global partners.
Work with mathematical concepts and health care acronyms
Differentiate between provider titles
Download the providers applications using the internet
Meet productivity standards as outlined in client metrics
Identify any issues or trends and bring them to the attention of management team
Work on special projects as assigned
Train others and Q/A work of other PSR’s as assigned
Oversee workflow of the team to ensure productivity measures are met
Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

5+ years of work experience
Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
Must have ability to work with mathematical concepts and health care acronyms
Able to differentiate between provider titles

Preferred Qualifications:

Excellent understanding of the credentialing process
Capable of successfully completing credentialing applications with limited supervision
Computer literate
Excellent understanding of the credentialing process
Organized
Detail oriented
Ability to multitask
Work well with others
