Starting pay $21/hour
SUMMARY
Communication via phone and email with existing and new customers to provide excellent customer service by troubleshooting, affect issue resolution and strong customer support.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Quote Creation.
Web orders and new customer input into the company operating system.
Resolve up front customer file and information issues.
Resolve work in process issues with customers.
Resolve kitted material issues with customers.
Work with outside sales reps on new customer quotes.
Answer customer email and verbal communications.
Be able to use and review our Web Site for customer issues, working knowledge of Microsoft Office functions, including Excel, Word, Outlook and ability to learn various manufacturing software programs.
Track metrics.
Team player, proactive, creative, strives for perfection, provide superior service.
Participate in work group/team activities.
Maintain a clean and safe work area and environment.
Must be a positive and dependable member of the customer service group.
Must be adaptive and supportive of change.
Must provide input to problem solving process and possess good communication skills.
The work performed in this job can only be done on site and attendance is an essential function of the job.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED required. Associates Degree or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience to fulfill the essential requirements of the position.
OTHER SKILLS
The ability to read, speak, and understand English to enable clear communication and comprehension of internal company documentation.
Basic math skills will be required to add, subtract, multiply and divide. Basic understanding of & ability to read performance graphs.
Able to understand and determine product quality to written documentation.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this position, employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Vision requirements include: close & distant vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
