Description :
Innova Management is a nationwide Consulting firm, that has just opened a new location here in Portland! Our Marketing Department is seeking a full-time, Entry Level Customer Service Representative to join our team!
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing relationships within an assigned territory, connecting with key decision-makers. They will liaise between customers and our internal sales/marketing teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
Additionally, our ideal candidate will possess a need for continued self-development, will learn & adapt to new business strategies, and will have an entrepreneurial & independent mindset.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute day to day sales, marketing, and campaign management in a team environment
Manage the implementation and delivery of a key client’s activity, maximizing performance, and increasing ROI
Build client relationships through customer service interactions
REQUIREMENTS
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with an ability to influence others internally and external
An ability to analyze quantitatively and problem-solve
Demonstrated ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
Active listening and effective communication
Strong ownership, a bias for action, and willingness to role-up your sleeves
