The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is a Hybrid Onsite and Remote role which is responsible for delivering consistent and superior service to all shareholders and/or representatives of Georgeson. Primary responsibility is to be familiar with in-house systems, legal requirements, procedures, and techniques. Secondary responsibilities include addressing concerns, maintaining records, handling inquiries, and promoting our service to prospective and existing accounts.

Deliver “White Glove Service” for all accounts to increase program participation, revenue, and issuer client satisfaction.
To promote our service to prospective and existing clients through high quality outbound and/or inbound calls.
Participate in revenue generation by providing superior service to shareholders/representatives
Participate in revenue generation on targeted outbound call campaigns.
The ability to participate and contribute in meetings and/or brain storming sessions to help the business grow or become more efficient.

What will you bring to the role?

Able to work a Hybrid remote and onsite at the Newport Office Center VII 480 Washington Blvd, Jersey City, 07310 location
Previous sales experience preferred
Customer Service Experience
Strong Writing Skills
PMC 2000 skills preferred
Advance Computer Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Broker Dealer knowledge preferred
Prior Computershare/Georgeson work experience preferred
