The Opportunity
We are currently looking for a Customer Success Manager, Growth to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a positive and self-starter team. As the Customer Success Manager, you will support our customer base through renewal and throughout their customer lifecycle. You will be focused on gross retention, upsell and providing an excellent customer experience.

This position will be remote/ hybrid working and as such we are flexible on location.

Our new Customer Success Manager will:

Train, onboard and continuously support all users in their book of business via on-going training sessions, individual calls, email, QBRs and via other forms of communication
Proactively manage all owned accounts by tracking usage metrics and identifying at-risk users and accounts on a weekly basis and creating an appropriate plan of action
Successfully manage accounts to renewal
Identify opportunities for growth and upsell within accounts by account mapping, and developing key relationships with managerial support and sales support
Drive gross retention across their book of business in line with targets set for yearly compensation plan
Ensure engagement metrics across accounts are in line with team goals
Receive positive feedback from clients and help to secure customer testimonials and case studies
Drive positive CSAT & NPS Scores for the user base

Our new Customer Success Manager will have:

The experience. You have experience 3-5 years of strong customer success skills within a SaaS environment ideally.
The education. You have Degree in a related field and / or 5-8 years of experience.
Communication skills. You are a strong written and verbal communicator who can develop relationships with clients. You also have excellent problem solving skills.
Customer Success expertise. You are proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). You also have strong organizational skills.
