A Data Analyst II is responsible for analyzing trends and insights in the data, and enabling stakeholders to make data-driven decisions and take action. The Data Analyst II will partner with business and clinical stakeholders across the enterprise. This position is part of the Data Intelligence team.

Conducts data analysis to produce actionable insights
Partners with stakeholders to understand business needs and present insights and solutions
Partners with Data Engineering (DE) team and Data Architects (DA) to identify new data sources for the Modern Data Platform (MDP)
Discovers emerging analytic techniques and applies them to the business

Bachelor’s Degree 5-7 years experience Background in data analytics and history of using analytics to drive action. Experience presenting insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Expert SQL skills
Expert Tableau and/or Power BI skills, both in technical competency and design aptitude
Exposure/expertise in using Python or R for data analysis
Ability to identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex datasets
Ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines for the volume of work expected without supervision
Ability to produce work that is accurate, neat and adheres to standards
Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team or independently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a narrative story format with a business mindset
Remote Work/Work from Home:

This position is entirely remote or work-from-home. The person hired must live in the Kansas City metro area and may attend on-site meetings, as scheduled.
