Job Details We’re adding a Data Analyst to join our Business Intelligence and Analytics team supporting our Technology Services (ETS) organization. Our team works with key partners in the ETS organization to define key performance indicators, provide insightful and actionable dashboards on these metrics, and conduct in-depth analyses on critical business questions. We also develop and maintain the technical operations to support these functions. In this role, you will work closely with business partners to assist their analytics needs, translate them into requirements, develop data pipelines from various systems, and design solutions to deliver useful insight back into the business. This work is both highly collaborative and independent. Roles and Responsibilities

Partner closely with key stakeholders to understand their business needs, define key performance metrics, and find opportunities to utilize data visualization and analytics to meet their goals
Publish and maintain high-impact dashboards in Tableau server that offer insight into metrics
Create and maintain data pipelines using Tableau Prep, SQL, and other tools
Develop ETL automation using Python, SQL, Mulesoft or Jitterbit
Present dashboards and results of analyses to business partners in meetings and in published materials
Perform data clean-up operations to promote high level of reporting accuracy
Support standard and ad hoc data analyses, including using reporting tools to identify, analyze, and interpret trends in data that will be important for our leadership partners
Partner with leaders to prepare for quarterly and monthly metrics reports and review meetings
Drive the maturation of the Tech Services Analytics function, including mentoring and sharing expertise with colleagues in related roles
Work with developers and engineers to identify process improvement opportunities and propose system modifications
Write detailed documentation covering data operations and definitions

Minimum Qualifications

3+ years demonstrable experience with data analysis, business analytics, data visualization, or similar roles
Experience with Tableau or other data visualization platforms
Experience working in SQL, including writings queries and maintaining database tables
Experience developing data pipelines and working with data integration tools such as Mulesoft, Jitterbit, or APIs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey sophisticated ideas in a concise manner to partners in both technical and non-technical roles
Self-starter who is able to shift directions quickly as priorities evolve
Experience evaluating projects thoroughly to identify innovative solutions to current and future business problems
Comfortable working independently with limited day-to-day oversight and able to foster collaborative partnerships on a project-by-project basis
Motivated to learn new skills and improve existing processes
Detail-oriented with proven analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Python, R, or other data science applications
Experience with Database management
Experience with Mulesoft
Familiarity with Salesforce platform
Familiarity working in an Agile environment

This role is Office-Flex (~1-3 days/wk in office) or Fully Remote
