Job Description
Deployment Program Manager owns the overall coordination between HW designers and HW suppliers to satisfy customers hardware demand in support of Xeon Silicon Validation. Sets and drives HW distribution strategy according to programs and customer priorities. Key inputter for program budget planning and execution control. Drives SKU definition, product design, and validation. Schedules development and execution, create and maintain ramp plans, make decisions to solve technical issues faced, and tracks open actions. Leads Manufacturing and Operation teams including external factories to fulfill customer demands. Regularly report and communicate program status and progress to upper management ensuring mitigation is explored and proposed. Additional focus includes process development, improvement, and methodology documentation.

The successful candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits:

Outstanding organizational skills, ambiguity management, and demonstrated capability to manage multi-disciplined engineering teams.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field and 3 plus years of experience with the following:

Basic knowledge or experience on HW for data center.
MRP (SAP) and Logistics and Materials purchasing service experience as well as dealing with import and export processes across the globe.
Vast experience in project management skills such as schedule management, execution management, tasks follow up, and risk assessment.

Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
