Summary: We are currently seeking a Depot Technician to support our in-house repair, maintenance, and other technical activities. Our customer base in the region continues to grow, necessitating our team growth. The Depot Technician will work closely with our Regional Manager to ensure that all customer needs are addressed in a timely and zero-defect manner.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Provide depot-based technical services on medical and aesthetic laser equipment, including corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, and other service-related duties in addition to phone support.
Responsible for disassembly of equipment and associated inventorying of components.
Supports Vice President of Laser Technology in aggregating and managing technical knowledge repository and associated tools.
Serves as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters. Fosters strong relationships with customers through responsive and thorough communications.
Generates timely and accurate documentation on services performed.
The Depot Technician will be based out of our West Berlin, NJ facility. Limited travel may be required.
Qualifications
Experience in analog and digital electronic circuitry is preferred
Associate of Science / Bachelor of Science degree in electronics, electro-optics, engineering, or equivalent is preferred
A minimum of 3 years of experience in electronic system or medical equipment maintenance, repair, or troubleshooting
Experience or coursework in laser technology and/or optics is a plus
Must have good communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with customers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
