Are you an experienced Direct Support Professional (DSP) with sign language skills. Then this role is for you.
Seeking DSP with Home Health experience and sign language proficiency for community-based and individual support services.

Qualifications that will get you noticed:
High School Diploma/GED
CHHA certification preferred
1-3 years Home Health/DSP experience
What we expect on the job:
Assist individuals with disabilities with their daily living and independence skills/personal care (may include grooming, bathing, feeding, feeding tube)
Utilize curated plans to assess an individual’s needs
Administer medication(s) and complete appropriate documentation
Accompany individuals to and from appointments and activities
Foster a meaningful and empathetic relationship between the individuals and their community
