Essential Functions:
Compliance and Risk Mitigation

Partner with the Chief Financial & Administrative Officer, other Executive Team, and LLC board committee members to evaluate and prioritize organizational risk. Conduct risk assessments, and develop plans to address, and mitigate risk collaborating across the organization.

Develop internal policies, procedures as needed to govern and execute fraud and risk strategies.

Collaborating throughout the organization, develop and implement processes for the internal review, approval and signing of contracts and agreements.
Develop, implement, and monitor policies, procedures, and processes to ensure compliance with contracts and agreements.
Work with the CFAO to develop organization policies and standards to ensure appropriate regulations are followed.
Serve as an organizational leader for safety initiatives.
Work closely with People & Culture in developing and reviewing employee policies and procedures related to compliance and risk mitigation.
Work with the CFAO to manage the organization’s liability insurance ensuring appropriate coverage. Ensure appropriate mitigation processes are in place.

Facilities Management and Real Estate

Work with the CFAO to manage the organization’s investment and operations of buildings and real estate.
Develop short- and long-term goals for facilities and real estate management and care.
Oversee the relationship and work of the property management company and other external parties as determined by the CFAO.
Design, develop and implement processes to provide effective budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for facilities and real estate.
Working with Treehouse’s accounting department and external property management company ensure complete and accurate financial reporting for all property related operations and organizations.


Ensure effective office management and administrative support, with focus on efficient use of resources to accomplish organizational goals.
Supervise team to ensure corporate office daily operations, facilities and organizational administrative functions are operating effectively and needs are proactively met.
Demonstrate inclusive leadership practices in hiring, leading, coaching and evaluation of diverse staff to support Treehouse’s mission, achieve work plans and support professional development goals.

Mentor and provide staff opportunities for continued professional development.
Set priorities, delegate responsibilities, assure accountability and allocate resources to ensure results.

As a member of the Directors Team, contribute to organizational goals, strategic planning, budgeting and effective organizational management and communication.
Participate in defining strategy metrics, setting targets and goals, and developing methods to monitor quarterly and annual progress.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Demonstrated expertise in Finance, Property Management and Risk Assessment.
10+ years of progressive, professional experience.
A commitment to and proven experience in diversity, cultural relevancy, cultural humility, inclusion and undoing institutional racism required.
Ability to translate financial information, data and reporting and create learning environments for program leaders.
Proven track record of breaking down and solving complex problems with impeccable business judgment. Ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and concrete action plans.
Experience managing multiple stakeholders and leading cross functional initiatives.
Degree in Finance, Business, or equivalent education/experience.
Proven experience with managing staff, outside vendors, budgeting, financial analysis, and planning
Ability to clearly present financial information, complex analyses, and strategic recommendations at an executive level.

Experience with large scale systems implementations preferred.
Demonstrated ability to build working relationships with individuals of various ages, cultures, socioeconomic backgrounds and abilities.
Ability and aptitude with Microsoft O365 and other technology necessary for successful day-to-day functioning in business environment.

Physical and Mental Requirements:

Physical Requirements – long periods of sitting, working on a computer, walking to various work areas, going up and down stairs, talking on the phone, working with office/computer equipment, attending meetings and sitting at desk or table while listening, talking and taking notes.

This position pays $119,295-132,550. , exempt. Treehouse also offers a generous paid time off plan, free medical, dental, vision, and 403(b) plan.
