Summary:
In this role, the associate will perform various tasks on air handling products such as assembling and mounting motors and drive systems, running conduit, install fire protection piping, mounting panels, powder coating, caulking seams, grinding, and completing basic and advanced electrical assembly/technical parts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties may include the following. Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary to support quality goals and objectives.

Ancillary worker must be able to perform powder painting duties, including washing, drying, painting, and curing.
Ancillary worker must be able to interpret fire protection schematics, as well as cut, prepare, and install fire protection equipment.
Ancillary worker must be able to move and transfer product to skids or transport with forklift.
Ancillary worker must be able perform basic electrical tasks, including but not limited to, wiring motors, sensors, and other accessories, as well as testing and troubleshooting electrical systems.
Ancillary worker must be able to prepare and install plumbing systems, including cutting, crimping, and drilling copper pipe and accessories.
Ancillary worker must maintain a clean and sanitary work area and follow established shop safety rules.
Ancillary worker must be able to read and interpret submittal drawings and electrical wiring diagrams.
Ancillary worker must be proficient in both standard and metric units of measurement

Qualifications

Ability to safely and successfully perform any/all essential job functions.
Ability to meet and maintain all qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
Ability to maintain reasonably regular and punctual attendance.
Compliance with all personnel policies and practices.
On the job training, training and certification in operation of heavy equipment, regular training and re-certification required.
Ability to work alone for extended periods and in teams.
Use simple mathematics.
