Description :
As an Engagement Controller I, you will manage and deliver project management tasks for Oracle Cerner clients. You will be responsible for monitoring and reporting key project financial metrics, including contractual scope management and escalating project financial risks when appropriate. You will maintain and monitor accurate forecasts to ensure project financial health, proactively adjusting as necessary. Successfully manage the support of project client events, ensure appropriate resource alignment, and build and maintain relationships with internal and external clients.

Working Environment

Hybrid or Remote

This position offers a Hybrid or Remote working environment. Meaning if you live within a metro area of a Cerner office, you will split working time between a Cerner office and remote. If you are not within a metro area of a Cerner office, you can live and work in your current geographical location and work primarily remote. #LI-Hybrid #Remote

Basic Qualifications

At least 5 years total combined higher education and related work experience, including:

At least 1 year of healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support, project/program management, client relationship management and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience.
At least 4 years of higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors degree


Must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to the Kansas City Metropolitan area.
Must be willing to travel up to 25%.
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of the position.
Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
