This full-time position demands a leader’s mentality and accuracy. Ideal candidate must have impeccable follow-up and follow-through skills. The ability to problem-solve and find solutions quickly is a must!
File management of Probate and Elder Law files including nursing home Medicaid applications. Much of the time will be spent on the phones gathering asset and income documentation from financial institutions and clients.
The right candidate will be trainable and able to become knowledgeable in all of the law firm’s areas of practice – Estate Planning, Real Estate, Business, Probate, and Elder law. This requires the ability to learn quickly and remember a high level of legal knowledge, as well as gather facts and process solutions.
NO PRIOR LEGAL EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $32,000.00 – $36,000.00 per year
