Job Description
Instruct students in a classroom setting.
Maintain a classroom free of distraction.
Present a positive environment for learning and interaction.
Demonstrate strength in instructional methodology, delivery, and techniques.
Job Requirements
1) Graduated from an accredited program in the specialty field.
2) Two years experience in Personal Training OR three-years work experience in the fitness industry if #1 is not fulfilled.
3) Hold a current license or credential in Personal Training
4) Strong understanding of anatomy & biomechanics, and exercise science is a definite plus.
Additional Information
4-year degree a plus
The ideal candidate will be highly personable, outgoing and must exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills. The candidate must have excellent interpersonal abilities and have a track record of achieving results by working through other people.
Wellspring is looking for a Full-time instructor to work a minimum of 30 hours per week.
Part-time positions are also available in both day & evening classes.
