A day in the life

As a Front Office Receptionist, you will be the face and first point of contact for the RACV Cape Schanck Resort. In this busy and varied role, you will be on your feet, utilising your amazing customer service skills to provide our members and guests with the best experience whilst at the reception desk. You will be motivated and hardworking with the “can do attitude” which will see you thrive in the role.

Your key responsibilities are to undertake the day-to-day duties associated with check in and check out guests, accommodation reservations, answering all calls and assisting with requests and general queries.

You will be rostered to meet the peak and flow of business demands across a 7-day rotating roster. Weekend availability is essential!

We’re looking for…

Previous experience in a 4-5-star hotel or resort. Opera knowledge would be an advantage.
Excellent administration and organisational skills with a can-do- attitude.
Exceptional customer service and high attention to details.
A professional face-to-face and telephone manner with exceptional communication skills
Availability across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and peak holiday periods
