Our goal is to aid in the growth of the solar industry while informing our communities of the benefits of switching to solar energy. Solar Xchange is looking for a Customer Service Representative who is hardworking, self motivated, and looking for growth.
Location : 111 Woodcrest road, Cherry Hill, NJ 08003 BLDG: 111 STE: 120
*The position and interview process will be held all in office.*
What we offer:
Monday – Friday 3:30 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.
Base Hourly ($15.00/Hr.) plus commission/ daily bonuses
Weekly Pay: $500.00 – $1, 200.00
OT available
$500 SIGN-ON BONUS
Responsibilities:
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Be able to take 200+ calls a day
Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
Able to cold call / deal with transfers from cold calls
Possess the ability to work under pressure, supervised, and unsupervised
Skills
Previous experience in a customer support role
Have basic computer knowledge
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $500.00 – $1,200.00 per week
