Description :
SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
Maintain computer and software systems; diagnose, repair, troubleshoot, provide helpdesk and technical support.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Troubleshoot IT issues
· Assist co-workers and customers with IT-related problems.
· Install Cat6 cable indoors and outdoors
· Upgrade software
· Monitor system backups
· Understanding of switches, routers, firewalls, IP network, windows networking, and MS Office
REQUIREMENTS
· 1-3 years’ experience
· Valid drivers’ license
· Detailed oriented
· Ability to multi-task
· Excellent problem-solving skills
· Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical co-workers and customers
EDUCATION
IT certification or Associates degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
