Description :
JOB SUMMARY:
This position is primarily responsible for training new Mitigation technicians. The Lead Water Mitigation/Emergency Services Technician will handle the new claim volume and assign the claims to the Water Mitigation Technicians both during and after business hours. This person will field calls from Water Mitigation Technicians and provide answers to their questions. This may require this person to be able to visit the job site and assist in person. This person will write and review the estimates for Water Mitigation projects. This person will manage the equipment, equipment inventory, and the equipment warehouse.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Assist Manager of Mitigation with interviewing/hiring.
Train new Mitigation hires.
Consult with Mitigation Technicians as questions arise.
Conduct site inspections with Mitigation Technicians when needed.
Assigns jobs to Mitigation Technicians.
Handles on-call duties for Water Mitigation jobs after hours.
Review and write Mitigation estimates.
Develop & Manage Mitigation Warehouse.
Develop & Manage Mitigation equipment inventory tracking system.
Manage Mitigation equipment maintenance.
Provide certification/training for Water Mitigation department.
Manage Mitigation Certifications database for Water Mitigation department.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
High School degree or equivalent.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Must possess the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
