Residential Property Maintenance Live in Superintendents
Northern New Jersey based residential development and management company with a growing portfolio of new construction suburban apartment communities is seeking energetic and experienced candidates to join their team and fill full time Property Maintenance positions for a new community in Hackensack, Bergen County and northern and central New Jersey locations.
Maintenance Superintendent to live on-site (apartment is included as part of compensation after 90day probationary period). The position will include the responsibility for the care and comfort of the residents including, but not limited to, general interior and exterior maintenance, repairs in apartments and building common areas, and responding to service requests of the residents.
Requirements
2+ years of maintenance experience or valid training
Strong understanding of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance and carpentry repairs
Good English communication skills, both verbal and written
Must be available to respond to after-hours emergencies
Must be able to physically perform the maintenance duties of the position
Must have a valid driver’s license – no exceptions
