Description :
Come join our team! Part-time position available for an CMA in an Ambulatory Surgery Center. May lead to full-time.
Responsibilities include:
· Escorts patient to and from changing rooms & PACU
· Takes vital signs, enters into the EHR
· Cleans operating room after procedure with approved cleaning supplies
· Assists RN with post-op care
· Gives nourishment to the patients post-procedure
· Removes sutures
· Escorts patients to transportation
· Stocks & maintains supply closet
· Distributes outside receivable
· Assist in maintaining a clean & safe work environment
· Disposes of Biohazardous waste according to OSHA standards
· Must be BLS certified.
Job Types: Part-time, Per diem
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
