Medical Device Sales – Surgical Sales Specialist – Tissue Reconstruction
Seeking Top Ranked, Well Documented Medical Sales Reps
Background in Medical Device: Biologics, Regenerative Medicine, Plastic Surgery.
My client assists patients with biologically active regenerative therapies for wound and tissue repair. As the current leader in the science and clinical application of regenerative medicine, their products are some of the only advanced wound care therapy of its type indicated for tissue reconstruction, trauma wounds and burns. This position involves presentations to surgeons as well as being in the OR/surgical settings for abdominal reconstruction and hernia tissue repair.
Profile:
Medical Device Sales / Sales Reps selling Biologics, Regenerative Medicine or Plastic Surgery
OR experience required
Seeking reps with longevity in positions, with most recent role 2-4 years+
Requirements:
College Degree (Required)
Minimum 3+ years of medical device or medical sales in an OR setting required
Selling surgical products in hernia / abdominal, plastic surgery experience required
Experience selling to surgeons (plastic, wound, trauma and/or colorectal)
Documented sales success (stats, rankings, quota achievements)
Consistent years of over 100% to plan with Awards, Trips, etc.
Offering:
Year 1 earnings based on performance $160,000
Base Salary $80,000
Growth oriented accounts
