Description :
As the Route Line Member Support Associate you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of extraordinary member and customer services. You will be accountable for the successful execution of our Member Success programs that provide value to Route Line members and customers. You will provide feedback and insight to the Director of Operations and CRO on data pulled from interactions and communications including phone calls, emails, and periodic surveys. This is a pivotal role to be a part of a first-of-its-kind customer success program that aspires to become the standard in the industry.
A successful Member Support Associate will combine their expert communication, analysis and relationship-building skills to propose data-based actions. This candidate will exceed expectations with their ability to balance membership requests, prioritize the workload, manage availability and maintain a wait list. The ideal candidate is an innovative thinker, collaborator, customer-focused, self-starter with a proven track record working with a high-end customer base. This position reports to the Director of Operations.
Essential Responsibilities:
Elevates the member experience, increases customer lifetime value, provides the highest level of service, and reduces churn through exceptional customer service.
Own the hosting of the member orientation program.
Utilize a singular voice for all member communications through email, phone, text, orientation and any other forms of communication required of the role.
Effectively execute systems proposed by management to ease customer/membership onboarding.
Carry out the customer journey and communications for onboarding and onboarded members.
Promote our loyalty program to ensure clear understanding and engagement from our membership.
Support the Fleet team with on-site member questions and vehicle turnaround, as needed.
Qualifications:
2+ years customer service experience recommended
Demonstrated, successful membership support record with a high-end, or upscale membership product or service required
Documented experience working within a fast paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
Comfortable working with new systems and are proficient with computers to learn new software and programs quickly.
Possess excellent problem solving skills.
Intermediate to expert written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Proven technical aptitude and literacy, including CRM and G Suite/Microsoft Office, specifically Sheets/Excel — intermediate to expert skills required
Authenticated track record of creativity, attention to detail, and organizational skills
Demonstrated passion for providing high-quality member service and commitment to exceeding expectations
Position is based in Seattle, WA.
