Qualifications:
MUST have reliable, consistent attendance and punctuality.
Pose excellent customer service at all times.
Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean record (Drivers only).
Must pass a 5-year background check.
Ability to lift heavy items up and down stairs and ramp.
Authorized to work in the United States.
MUST pass a pre-employment drug test (Drivers only).
Employment Type:
Full Time, Days Only.
Monday-Saturday.
Pay Breakdown:
Based on your performance, you can become a lead foreman and make commissions on moving materials sold.
With your wages based on 40 hours PLUS tip$, overtime, commissions, and bonuses, it is not uncommon to make an average of up to $27 per hour.
Paid weekly.
Role:
Drivers: you drive your team to and from the customer’s location in a 26′ box truck and assist in moving general household/business items from one location to another.
Movers: Assist in moving general household/business items from one location to another in a 26′ box truck
You are a part of the crew and must work cohesively.
